Crypta has launched 24/7 stock trading: bStocks on Binance is already worth $1 billion, and Musk is moving into mobile communications—trading without days off

Cryptocurrency and Stocks Are Open Every Day, While Musk Is Building a Mobile Giant from Space

Binance has made a dream of many in the crypto community a reality: 24/7 access to U.S. stocks. Their bStocks—tokenized securities backed by real U.S. stocks on a 1:1 basis—have already surpassed $1 billion in assets under management. And this is just four months after their launch in June 2026.

bStocks на Binance вже $1 млрд,

During this time, users have converted approximately $6 billion worth of regular stocks into bStocks. Total trading volume has exceeded $40 billion. The list of tokens has grown from five to nearly a hundred. There is clearly demand.

What is bStocks and why is it convenient?

Legally, these are certificates, not direct ownership of the company's shares. But economically, you benefit from changes in the value of the corresponding security. The tokens are hosted on the BNB Smart Chain and can be withdrawn to a compatible wallet (standard network fees apply).

The main benefits for the average user:

  • Trading is available 24/7, including Sunday nights;
  • Minimum investment of $5—you can purchase fractional shares;
  • 1:1 conversion between shares and bStock with no commission on the exchange itself (for those who have access to this feature);
  • Can be used as collateral for margin trading and futures on the platform.

Availability varies by country and account status. Before making a purchase, it’s important to consider the spread and liquidity. Round-the-clock trading does not eliminate market risks, and collateral depends on the issuer and custodian.

It's particularly interesting that SpaceX (SPCXB) is already among the popular tokens. And right now, one of the most high-profile stories in the telecom industry is unfolding around this company.

SpaceX Is Getting Serious About Mobile Communications

SpaceX has confirmed its intention to make Starlink Mobile a full-fledged mobile operator in the U.S. The company has agreed to purchase up to 14 MHz of low-frequency spectrum in the 800 MHz band from Grain Management. Grain acquired this spectrum from T-Mobile just last August. The terms of the deal have not been officially disclosed (according to media reports, the amount could be around $8 billion), and FCC approval is required.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, the FCC authorized SpaceX to launch 15,000 next-generation satellites specifically for Starlink Mobile. The agreement with EchoStar regarding the frequencies will not be finalized until November 30, 2027, and the exact launch date for the retail service is still unknown.

The market reacted immediately: AT&T shares fell 6–8%, while T-Mobile and Verizon shares dropped 5–7% in after-hours trading. Even the market leaders were on edge.

What Musk Already Has in His Arsenal

Putting it all together, the picture looks like this:

  • Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy—the primary vehicles for delivering cargo to orbit;
  • Starship—the largest rocket in history, a key element of NASA’s lunar plans;
  • Dragon—capsules for transporting astronauts and cargo to the ISS;
  • Starlink—satellite internet for everything: homes, airplanes, ships, and the military;
  • Starlink Mobile—direct satellite connectivity to regular cell phones, plus the ambition to become a full-fledged carrier;
  • Starshield—satellites for the military and government agencies;
  • xAI and Grok—artificial intelligence;
  • X—one of the largest media platforms through which the entire ecosystem product can be promoted;
  • plans for orbital data centers and Terafab (in partnership with Tesla) for chips used in Optimus, robotaxis, and space computing.

Rockets, satellites, the Internet, mobile communications, AI, robots, social media, and our own semiconductor infrastructure—all within a single ecosystem.

What does this mean for investors?

bStocks lets you trade tokenized stocks (including SpaceX) on weekends, starting with small amounts and all within the same account as your crypto. It’s convenient. But convenience is no substitute for analysis. Buying just because “a billion has already gone in there” is a bad strategy.

SpaceX is still a private company, and access through tokenized products comes with its own limitations and risks. However, the move toward becoming a mobile operator with a hybrid satellite-terrestrial network is no longer just “another Musk product.” It’s a direct challenge to traditional telecom giants.

Will it be able to capture a significant share of the market? Starlink’s history shows that it’s dangerous to underestimate SpaceX’s pace. But regulatory barriers, competition, and the need to build ground infrastructure haven’t gone away.

Personally, I like the very idea of being able to hold crypto and have access to the stock market (particularly to stories like SpaceX) all in one place. Especially when you can start with a small amount and figure things out. But the decision to buy or not should be based not on FOMO, but on an understanding of a specific company’s business.

Have you checked out bStocks yet? And would you add SpaceX to your portfolio if you had the chance?

This has prompted other crypto exchanges to start trading tokenized stocks as well.

Here’s the current landscape (as of mid-October 2026)—which other crypto exchanges (besides Binance with its bStocks) offer trading in tokenized stocks or stocks via a crypto account:

Major players with tokenized shares (1:1 backed)

Other Notable Players

  • Robinhood (not a traditional crypto exchange, but it does have crypto features) — Stock Tokens on its own Robinhood Chain. Available in over 120 countries outside the U.S., almost 24/7.
  • Coinbase — tokenized stocks on the Base network (starting with Nvidia, Apple, Meta, Alphabet, SpaceX, etc.). Currently available primarily to non-U.S. users.
  • Crypto.com — more stock derivatives (for EEA users).
  • Gemini — select tokenized products (Dinari dShares) in certain European countries.

Important Details

  • Most products are not direct share ownership but tokens/certificates backed on a 1:1 basis. Dividends are often reinvested or reflected through a multiplier; voting rights are typically not included.
  • Availability varies significantly by country and account status. For U.S. citizens, there are significantly fewer options (there are Dinari dShares, Securitize, etc., but these are more specialized platforms).
  • Many exchanges also offer perpetual stock futures (leveraged price exposure)—these are not tokenized stocks, but derivatives.
